Two questions...

1. Bug A hits bug B with an envenomed weapon and hits the appendage.  Bug C hits bug be with a non-envenomed weapon.  Damage caused by Bug C is sufficient to tear the poisoned appendage off. Does bug B still suffer Venom damage at the end of the turn?

2. A venomous bug scores a hit with an envenomed weapon on the target's appendage. If the hit is sufficient to tear the appendage off, does the target still suffer venom damage at the end of the turn?
Answers to (1) and to (2): Yes, A bug suffers envenomation damage even if the limb is ripped off.

According to 6.6, the victim suffers venom damage whenever the venomous attacker scores a hit and scores at least zero (non-negative) hits.

As a point of interest, there are some spider-attacking wasps, such as the sphecids (tarantula hawks and others), that depend upon a sting to a spider leg to incapacitate their victim. The effect on the spider seems to be instantaneous.
