Captain Matt's recipe for grog
Cup or mug (as clean of seasalt as possible)
One shot of rum (yaaaaaarrrrrr.... make that three)
A dash of sugar (if ye be a pretty little girl)
Lime juice, depending on availability  (doc says it prevents scurvy)
One finger cut from the last seadog that crossed swords with you... (or a cinnimon stick if the finger is too ripe)
Boiling water (fill er' to the brim... and toss 'er down before she stops boiling... makes a man out of you). Â
